Terms and Conditions of use

1) THE CONTRACT BEWEEN US is an online retailer in the UK for collectable action figures, toys and related merchandise. must receive payment of the whole of the price of the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. (Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us).



The prices payable for goods that you order is as set out in our web site.



I. The total cost of your order is equal to the price of the items ordered
II. Availability: We will do our best to fulfil your order within the time stated, but we cannot guarantee this in every instance. We will inform you of any problems immediately.
III.Shopping at s safe and guaranteed. All of the information you give us is private and secure. We do not release any information about our customers.
IV. We reserve the right to remove any item from sale from the website. If you have already ordered, and an item is unavailable will either:

Replace any goods to the same value; or

Refund to you the amount paid for the goods



I. will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make the order and/or register your account.
II. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted, delivery depends on the availability of the item(s) you order, this will be defined on the product page.
III. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once the goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and will not be liable for their loss or destruction.



All items are sold in a new condition, within any packaging it is sold in. We send all orders in boxes to maintain their condition. Any issue with anything on the outer packaging of a box is not considered as item damage. In a small amount of cases, some items may arrive to us with slightly creased or dented outer-packaging for example or in transit. This includes but is not limited to: character error packaging, incorrect stickers, labels, text printing on the front or back, a small scuff, dent or tear on the outer packaging's carding or blister bubble of an action figure. This does not constitute item damage. All orders are accepted on this basis. If you wish to return an item, or if the outer packaging is not to your liking in any way, we can gladly refund the item upon receipt, however you are liable to pay for return shipping cost as we do not consider this item damage.



I. Our delivery cost is non-refundable from any order placed.
II. In order to recieve a refund, we must recieve our stock back first, exactly as delivered, in a new, unopened, and fully resaleable condition within 14 days of reciept of goods.
III. You must contact us before returning goods, as to the full procedure can explained.



I. If the goods delivers are not what you ordered, are damaged, defective or the delivery is an incorrect quantity you must notify in writing or contact us with details of the problem within 14 days of receiving the order. In line with UK Distance Selling Regulations you may return the goods to us in their original condition within a reasonable period, usually 14 days of your order for a complete refund or exchange. For all sealed software packs eg. Action figure, DVD, Video Game or any other sealed item, the items must be unopened with the licence seal still intact. The goods need to be returned in mint condition, in a resaleable condition and with the delivery note or invoice listing your unique order number and your name and address.
II. If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 14 working days of the date on which you received them you must notify in writing at the contact address of the problem.
III. If you notify a problem to under this condition, will either:

Make good any shortage or non-delivery; or

Replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or

Refund to you the amount paid for the goods

IV. shall be under no liability whatever to you for any indirect loss or expense (including loss of profit) arising out of a breach of its obligations unless you have previously given notice that such loss is likely to be incurred in the event of breach.

V. Nothing in this contract is, however intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.

7) FORCE MAJEURE shall not be liable for any default due to any act of god, war, civil commotion, strike, lock-out, industrial action, pandemic, fire, flood, drought, storm or other event beyond its reasonable control.



If any part of these conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which excludes its liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.


The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law, and the English courts shall have no exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.


i. means the website and any connected organisation that actually supplies goods ordered by you and any successor to its business on this website;
ii. working day means every day of a calendar year apart from weekends and statutory and public holidays;
iii. us means and you together; and
iv. you and your means the person ordering the goods under these terms and conditions.


Where we set purchase limits, it is agreed that the buyer does not exceed such limits placing multiple orders.
Using separate e-mail accounts to bypass any limits or account restrictions under the same user is not allowed under the house rules. Any account can be placed on hold and orders cancelled should a limit be bypassed with multiple users where it can be determined they are going to the same location or user.


We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion which may include security reasons, billing issues or anything else related.
